Think about which processes eat the most time each week. A rough list of the tools involved and how data moves between them helps. Don't worry about documentation — we'll map it together.
Do I need to know what to automate first?
No. Most clients know something is slow but aren't sure where to start. That's what the Discovery Sprint is for. We find the bottlenecks and rank them by impact so you're not guessing.

What counts as a 'workflow' for scoping?
A workflow is any repeatable process with a trigger, steps, and an outcome. Examples: new client onboarding, invoice approval, lead follow-up, data sync between CRM and accounting. One workflow = one automation scope in a Pilot sprint.
What tools can you integrate?
Most SaaS platforms with an API — CRMs, project management, accounting, email marketing, databases, file storage. If a tool has webhooks or an API, we can usually connect it. We'll confirm during the Fit Check.
What if my workflows span multiple departments?
Cross-department workflows are where automation has the biggest payoff. We map the full process end-to-end, identify every handoff and bottleneck, then break the automation into phased sprints starting with the highest-impact piece.

How does the Credit Policy work?
100% of your Discovery Sprint cost is credited toward a Pilot V1 Sprint if you start within 45 days. So if you paid $7,900 for Discovery, your Pilot V1 effectively starts at $11,100 instead of $19,000.
What are your payment terms?
Discovery Sprints are paid upfront. Pilot and Hardening sprints are split 50/50 — half at kickoff, half on delivery. All pricing is fixed-scope and documented before work begins.
What if the automation doesn't work as expected?
Pilot V1 sprints include a 14-day warranty for defect fixes after handover. We test every automation with the workflow owner before delivery. If triggers misfire or data doesn't flow right, we fix it — that's what the warranty covers.
After Delivery
Who owns the automations?
You do. 100%. Every workflow, trigger, integration, credential, and deployment config. We build on platforms you control — no proprietary middleware, no lock-in. Your team or any other vendor can maintain it from day one.
What if a connected tool changes its API?
API changes happen. We build automations with error handling and logging so failures are visible fast. On an ongoing plan, we monitor for breaking changes and fix them proactively. Without a plan, your team handles it — but we document everything so they can.
Do you offer ongoing monitoring?
Yes. Monthly partnership plans include automation health monitoring, alerting, strategy calls, and implementation hours for new workflows. Most clients start with a Pilot sprint and move to ongoing after seeing the time savings.
